Archery Resources

We strongly advise anybody new to archery to:

Seek advice from experienced archers before you even consider buying equipment.
Always purchase your equipment via a specialist shop or through your club where advice is free and experience plentiful. There is also some really good second hand equipment around at reasonable cost.
Resist the temptation to buy from sports shops who sell a few bits and pieces of archery gear, they are not able to advise re bow weights, arrow spining, draw length etc. In fact some such shops are selling equipment that is vastly overpriced, poorly setup, of poor quality and at times even extremely dangerous.
Mistakes can be very expensive when purchasing your gear, the wrong choice will spoil the enjoyment of your shooting and will without a doubt do serious damage to your wallet!

If in doubt ask for advice.
